Here is another attempt at a senic speed paint with a kinda medievil/fastasy vibe. Not bad, it didnt take too long either. Im not especially happy with the castle type structure, it has too much of a Disneyland vibe, I may revisit when I know what i'll do with it as im trying to lay off the idle tinkering and work more decisively.

I don't think the Disneyland aspect is a huge problem - that certainly wasn't my first thought upon seeing it. This is really strong work Jay - lyrical and epic. My only thought is that one of the clouds effectively severs the top half of the main tower. I found this kind of distracting. Otherwise, for a speed paint job, this is rocking.
And what's wrong with idle tinkering? That's when I do some of my best work...!
Thanks for the feedback dude, I really can rely on constructive crit from you. I placed the clowd in front to get a sense of distance, I may make it more transparent to stop in looking so severe.
That's my pleasure - and you're right about that cloud: just drop the opacity on it and it'll be spot on.
